I thought it'd be a good idea to clarify how we are planning to make it all the way to the other side of the Atlantic. Until a multimillionaire decides to take us under his wing and provide us with a private jet and touring bus, we've decided to go with the next best thing...EF Tours! This travel company has been around for quite some time (40 years) and has a huge network of offices and representatives all over the world.
Before deciding to lead this trip I'd asked many a teacher who'd previously traveled, which company they'd chosen. Probably 80% of the time, they mentioned EF tours and were completely satisfied with the experience they'd had. Thus, I decided to pick them to guide us in this adventure. So far, it has been fantastic and I only have words of praise. So, "thank you" Chris and fellow EF staff, you've made the planning process super easy and you're always there to answer questions. Gracias, muchas gracias.
Well, enough of this babbling, there is trivia to be answered!
Let's see who knows this one: "From which region of Spain is Don Quixote said to be from?"

Introduction

Hola!
Welcome all to this very first post on this brand new blog! I'll be using this space to share news and updates concerning our trip to France and Spain. It'll also give us a chance to share ideas and activities that we can do as we countdown to our departure date. Being the trivia freak that I am, I'll be sure to include a few facts/questions here and there to keep you guys on your toes. Finally, not only will we discuss fundraising events and goals, but we will also have our own ChipIn-o-meter handy so our community (and the world!) can help us reach our fundraising goals. It's my hope that some day traveling will be a real possibility for all who dream of seeing the world firsthand.
Fundraising with ChipIn
Our Fundraising Objective: Make this trip economically accessible to all students who would like the opportunity to experience in person the many things that until now they could only learn by reading books and watching movies.
